Eyeliner Black is a cool, carbon based black eyeliner pigment.  It is for experienced, professional artists and those with experience with carbon colors.  It is suitable for use on Fitzpatrick skin tones 2-6.

Pro Tip: Add a few drops of Orange Crush as a warm insurance to prevent cool results, especially on very cool, translucent skin tones.
