Scandal is a medium value, brighter pink.  Suitable for Fitzpatrick skin tones 1-5.  Vibrant, cool-toned with a pink base.

Suggestions:
- Blends well with Royal Red, Mauve and French Fancy.
- Add Orange Crush for warmth.
