Shipping, Refunds & Returns
First, if you are considering a return or refund, it means that you ordered something from us, which means we owe you a "Thank You!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Electrum customers, and as such, we promise to deliver amazing products and customer service, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may request a refund for your order PRIOR to it shipping for whatever reason. Please note that refunds may be subjected to fees that are collected by credit card processing companies, i.e PayPal or others. These fees are non-reversible and will be deducted from the refunded amount as they are not refunded to us as a merchant.
Electrum Supply has a three (3) business day guarantee! Most orders ship same day if placed before 3pm EST.
USPS Priority mail is 2-5 business days for delivery. Electrum Supply has no control over how long it takes the Post Office to deliver. For assured delivery dates, please choose either FEDEX or UPS.
We promise that your order will ship within three business days! If your order does not or cannot ship within those three business days, we will contact you in order to rectify the situation and get your order out as soon as possible.
Professional accounts who are assigned a specific rep. will be contacted by that rep. Web orders (orders placed on our website) will receive an eMail from our Web Dept.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please take this into consideration when you are placing your order.
When you request an expedited means of shipping, that does not necessarily mean your order will leave our warehouse any faster
Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Your expedited shipping simply means that once it leaves our warehouse, it will ship in the manner in which you paid for.
When checking out, your shopping cart will always present you with available options based on your location.

Please note that packages shipped via UPS are automatically insured for $100 USD. If you would like to have your package insured for more, please contact us.

USPS First Class (first class mail parcel)
USPS first class typically takes anywhere from two (2) to five (5) business days
Please note that USPS First Class offers no insurance. Any orders over $25 should be shipped via UPS in order to insure against loss.
- We do not control delivery times for any of the above services. We can certainly make a notation on your shipping label to deliver at certain times, but neither services is obligated to follow such requests. If you own a business, please make sure that your business hours are posted. That is the only thing UPS drivers are obligated to follow. USPS drivers are bound by neither special requests or posted hours.
- It is YOUR responsibility to provide the proper shipping address for your order, including any suite numbers and proper zip code. Electrum will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided. Ensure that your package is delivered to a safe location.
- UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please consider using USPS if you need to have a delivery sent to a PO Box.
- If your order is over $25.00 and needs to ship USPS, please contact us in order to have it insured
